How to register an order?

To place an order, you need to register on the site, select your preferred products and click the "Add" button, changing the quantity. When the goods are in the basket, you need to click the "Place an order" button, write the delivery address, phone number and the desired date, and you can make payment both in cash and in a non-cash form.

You can find your favorite products in two ways: through the search engine and in the category section.

Can I pick up my order at the store?

Yes, you can pick up your order in our store at S. Safaryan 8/8. When approaching, you must inform the employee about this in advance and find out whether the order is ready or not.

Can I return an ordered product?

Yes you can. If the goods you bought have not undergone qualitative and quantitative changes, you can call 033 600 300 within 14 days and tell the employee the reason for the return by presenting a cash receipt or invoice.

What should I do if I receive a damaged item?

After receiving the goods, check your order on the spot in the presence of the courier. If you find a damaged item, be sure to call 033 600 300, notify the employee and hand over the damaged item to the courier.
