Return policy

The buyer has the right not to accept the ordered goods if:

 

  • The product is damaged.

  • Instead of the product specified in the order, another product was delivered.

  • The order does not match the data specified in the online store.

    Conditions for returning goods:

     

  • Dear customer, if there are no goods in the order for which you paid, then the amount of these goods will be returned to your account within 5-7 business days.

  • Online orders are processed immediately and cannot be cancelled. Within 14 days from the date of delivery of the order, you can return this product in a fully preserved presentation and packaging (receipt is required).

  • Toiletries cannot be returned or exchanged. It is necessary to check the order and pick it up in the presence of the courier on the spot.
