Komus Brush Class Round Goat No. 3

Goat fur is an excellent material for brushes. The brushes are elastic and smooth, hold water and release paint well, although they release paint slightly less efficiently. One of their key features is their temperature resistance. Goat fur brushes are resistant to hot wax, making them suitable for painting fabrics using the hot batik technique. The brushstroke is gentle, smooth, and uniform, without breaks.
Due to their natural properties, goat fur brushes do not form a cone and are considered decorative brushes; they are not suitable for detailed work.
The brush has a short (14.5 cm) wooden handle.
