Book "The Ghost Who Couldn't Sleep" by Natalka Maletich

A ghost lives in an abandoned house on the outskirts of town. He is terribly lonely, because there are no people around to visit. Turn off the bedside lamp for those who sleep with a book, cover the child with a blanket. And then, returning home, sleep peacefully all day. The ghost lost sleep when all his neighbors moved out. But one day everything changes. Finally, a young family with a baby girl moves into the house with the ghost.
