The book "Silent Witness" by Agatha Christie

Agatha Christie's Silent Witness was first published by Collins Crime Club in England in 1937. It was published in the United States the same year as Poirot Loses a Client. In the novel, the famous Belgian detective Hercule Poirot tries to find out who killed old Miss Arundel, and all this is brought to the reader by Captain Arthur Hastings.
