Book "World Cultural Heritage" Karina Danielyan

The first book in the series on cultural heritage sites included in the UNESCO World Heritage List features monuments in Armenia and neighboring countries - Georgia, Azerbaijan, Iran and Turkey. The format of the publication in the form of a reference book, with the most popular information and photographs, will allow the reader to get acquainted with the remarkable monuments of the region in the most accessible and fascinating way. The author and compiler of the publication, Karina Danielyan, an architect and diplomat, who has been involved in cultural cooperation for many years, in particular in the capacity of Secretary General of the National Commission of Armenia for UNESCO, sees the purpose of this publication as the popularization of the rich cultural heritage of the region and, as a result, a deeper understanding of the importance of its protection and preservation.
