Description
The hero of the novel "Homo Faber" (1957) by the famous Swiss writer Max Frisch is a technocrat, a practical and pragmatic person who believes only in logic and probability theory. However, a new dramatic life experience gradually leads him to the destruction of his own life. The ancient Greek myth with the idea of the inevitability of fate takes an interesting turn in this novel. In the finale of the novel, Faber perceives the world around him in a new way, full of colors, sounds and emotions.
